2800 miles is a long way!

Route 66 is sWEET! If we were not in this beast of a truck....

then we would have taken it longer, but alas we were in big yellow, or "skeet" as Nate and I fondly nicknamed her...
but she had AC so I didn't even want to return it after 5 days of living out of it.
she was that cool.
anywhoo... here are some more pics from our nyc to la road trip...



This is pretty much what all of our motel's looked like, and after 5 nights of different motel beds, my back now feels 10 years older.



Day 1 ... magnetic chess was our life saver....
(my polaroid film was old so it is all wacky, weird huh?!)
