organizing 101

my new year resolution had something to do with organizing everything, from closets to personal goals. wide, open ended, impossible to complete (sounds like a typical resolution for laura)
alas, one must start somewhere, so periodically I will keep you up to date on organizational feats that I have surpassed, and perhaps they can help you too!

1st task- Like things with like things.
no, I cannot have rubber bands in junk drawer and on the desk. one or the other.
no, I cannot have a shoe selection by the front door and in the closet.
