October Eats

My barn jacket is out, and closed toed shoes feel great...
Barn Jacket
it's much darker in the morning, and stick-to-your-bones food sure sounds good.

Yesterday was particularly gray, cool and damp so I opted to make Chili and Cornbread! yumyum

Then, per hubbies request, I made "hostess" cupcakes.

The whipped cream filling was fun to stuff inside the cupcakes!

Easy and 100% delicious Cornbread here
Definitely add a whole can of corn though.
And I opt for using the cast iron skillet.

Here's a recipe card I made for your to write it on!
Just click on it to make it larger. Then you can print it on a thick stock paper.
